Yoga & Ski Retreat.
$6,995 CAD / Person Taxes and fees includedExperience an unforgettable week of ski touring, alpine wellness, and mountain culture through the heart of the Italian and French Alps. Beginning in Italy’s stunning Aosta Valley and finishing beneath the dramatic peaks of Chamonix, this retreat blends adventurous skiing, restorative yoga, cozy mountain refuges, and the simple pleasures of European alpine life.
Designed for adventurous advanced-intermediate to expert skiers, the week combines guided ski touring and lift-accessed freeride terrain with daily yoga and intentional recovery. From scenic glacier descents and classic Chamonix objectives to quiet skin tracks through the Italian Alps, each day is thoughtfully paced to balance challenge, progression, and connection to the mountains.
Mornings begin with yoga and mobility sessions focused on preparing the body for touring, skiing, and recovery. Breathwork, balance, flexibility, and movement awareness become part of the rhythm of the trip — helping guests move more confidently and recover more fully throughout the week. Evenings shift into restoration, with stretching sessions, thermal spa visits, aperitivos, and relaxed alpine dinners shared over wine and incredible local food.
Along the way, guests experience both sides of the Mont Blanc Massif — from charming Italian mountain villages and traditional refuges to the legendary terrain and energy of Chamonix. Highlights include an overnight stay in a remote alpine hut, skiing from the Aiguille du Midi, panoramic descents through high-alpine terrain, long Italian lunches, thermal spa recovery evenings, and a final ski journey from Italy back into France through the mountains.
More than just a ski trip or yoga retreat, this experience is about slowing down enough to fully immerse yourself in mountain life — moving intentionally, skiing incredible terrain, sharing meaningful experiences with an inspiring group of women, and leaving the Alps feeling both energized and restored.

7:00am — Wake up to an energizing Vinyasa yoga session. As the sun rises over the peaks, you’ll flow through stretches and poses that warm up your muscles and center your mind for the day ahead. (About 45 minutes of movement and breathing to start the day right.)
8:00am — Enjoy a delicious breakfast at either the hotel or self-catered. Fresh fruits, local breads and pastries, eggs, yogurt, and Italian espresso give you the fuel you need. Over coffee, chat with your fellow skiers and go over the day’s plans with your guide.
9:00am — Head out for a full day of ski touring. You’ll catch the first lifts and spend the morning travelling through incredible terrain under the guidance of your coach and guide. The views of the surrounding Alps are absolutely awe-inspiring as you make your descents.
12:30pm — Break for lunch at a charming rifugio (mountain hut) or slope-side restaurant. Savor authentic Italian dishes – perhaps a plate of fresh pasta, creamy polenta with local cheese, or a hearty bowl of minestrone soup. This is a time to rest, refuel, and enjoy the ambiance: a crackling fire, stunning alpine vistas, and the camaraderie of the group.
1:30pm — With renewed energy, continue skiing into the afternoon. You might seek out new challenges or revisit your favorite runs from the morning. Yoga’s benefits become evident as you remain balanced and focused even when legs get tired. The guide will keep things fun and appropriate to the group’s energy – maybe a few more coaching tips or take some video for the memories (and to learn from).
4:00pm — Back in the village, it’s time to unwind. Some days you might stop at a cozy café or bar in town for a classic après-ski drink – an Aperol Spritz, a glass of vino, or a rich hot chocolate topped with whipped cream. Or, you might stroll the pedestrian streets for a bit of shopping. If you prefer, you can head straight to the hotel to kick off your ski boots and perhaps take a power nap. This late-afternoon window is your free time to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
6:00pm — Depending on the day of the trip, the evenings might be spent relaxing in a mountain side Refuge, travelling through the Mont Blanc tunnel, enjoying the local cuisine at a group dinner, a relaxing evening at the GC Terme Chamonix Thermal Baths, or restorvative yoga and stretching to cap off a great day of skiing.
The fine print.
