
World Tour Equipment and Preparation
Detailed step by step into the equipment and preparation prior to your World Tour Adventure with Extremely Canadian.
Step 1: Waivers
Everyone is required to sign a waiver when skiing or riding with Extremely Canadian. A reminder that these are a legal document and a release of liability. Please ensure that you have read and understood it before signing. You will be required to sign the waivers prior to making your deposit to secure your space. Below are the links to waivers that need to be filled out based on your adventure:

Step 2: Information Forms
So, you’ve picked your destination and you’re ready to lock in for the ski/ride vacation of your dreams.
You will be required to fill out the following forms to ensure we have your details correct:
“Booking Form“
This form will ask you for details about contact details, address, participant’s details, destination and dates.
“Ski/Snowboard Profile”
The profile form asks you specific details about your previous experience with Extremely Canadian, favourite runs, typical days a season, ability levels, preferred conditions, and alternative hobbies.
These forms help us understand more about you and your skiing/riding ability. It can help us manage group dynamics and keep us organized on the backend.
Step 3: Deposit
So, you’re ready to secure your spot!
You will be required to send a $1500 deposit to secure your spot for your chosen trip. The following are the payment options:

Payment Request
Credit Card
Cancellations made outside of 60 days prior to departure will forfeit the deposit.
Step 4: 60 Days Prior
The days are flying by, and you’re officially 60 days out from the trip of a lifetime! As we head into crunch time, this is where we need to finalize the last details.
“Final Payment” - The remaining balance will be requested for final payment for the trip.
“Travel Details” - We need your travel details for arrival and departure, flight numbers, etc.
“Medical Form” - We require our guests to fill out a medical form to let us know previous injuries and anything you would like to share with us. You will need to supply details about your travel insurance, so please ensure you have purchased it prior to 60 days before your trip.
Step 5: 30 Days Prior
One month until GO TIME! Just a quick 30 days until you’re boarding your flight for an epic ski/snowboard adventure.
“Final Confirmation”
You will receive the final confirmation details for your destination, which will include information about the accommodation, restaurants, and resort travel.

Alpine Responsibility Code
Always stay in control. You must be able to stop or avoid people or objects.
People ahead or downhill of you have the right-of-way. You must avoid them.
Stop only where you are visible from above and do not restrict traffic.
Look uphill and avoid others before starting downhill or entering a trail.
You must prevent runaway equipment.
Read and obey all signs, warnings, and hazard markings.
Keep off closed trails and out of closed areas.
You must know how and be able to load, ride, upload lifts safely. If you need assistance, ask the attendant.
Do not use lifts or terrain when impaired by alcohol or drugs.
If you are involved in a collision or incident, share your contact information with each other and a ski area employee.
